Duval County jail on lockdown following ‘security threat’

Staff at the Duval County Jail staff are investigating a security threat revolving around a ‘group incident’ that has the jail on lockdown Thursday morning.

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office says there are no injuries to staff or inmates.

The incident happened sometime prior to 11 a.m.
